Desert Nuns Blog

Wow! I’m having to update my “Blogs by Catholic Nuns” faster than I thought. I just found this blog by the Poor Clares of Perpetual Adoration of Our Lady of Solitude Monastery in Phoenix, Arizona. It is called “Nun News and Building Blogs“. Here’s what they say about their new blog:

“We are in the process of building a new Monastery and Chapel in Tonopah, Arizona. This blog is intended to keep all of our faithful friends and supporters up to date on the ‘latest happenings’ regarding this building project. It’s also intended to keep you up to date on our day to day life and adventures!”

Are they the ones mentioned in A Right to be Merry, or is that another community of Poor Clares?

I cannot find your email other wise I would email my request, but would you mind adding my blog to your list of nun blogs? I am officially in formation now… :)
Thanks!

Jen … I think that is a different group of Poor Clares. This group came from Our Lady of the Angels Monastery in Alabama.

Sure, Brittany, I’d be glad to. Congratulations!
