		<description>I just copresented a weekend retreat on cultivating an awareness of God at a Benedictine monastery. We reviewed various prayer practices with retreatants such as the Jesus Prayer, the presence of God, lectio, the Examen and the like. We discussed the whole concept of ceaseless prayer itself . Folks really got a lot out of it.

I actually read the article you posted. My favorite part is that about our &quot;desire&quot;. That rings so true in my own personal experience.
