A while back I wrote about a new prayer website that was developed by Father Paul Campbell, SJ, here at Loyola Press.
Other6.com is a new web site from Loyola Communications that takes the essence of the Daily Examen and brings it to the web. It is place where you can respond to one of two questions: Where have you found God today? or Where do you need to find God today? The practice of answering the questions on a regular basis can help one become more mindful of God’s presence in one’s life and increase one’s own self-awareness.

Other6 is amazing. I’ve recently read about the practice of the Examen and thought it was helpful but didn’t quite get around to do it. Other6 is very helpful in this respect - also by making you aware that many, many people are consciously looking for god in their everyday lives. Besides, the blue bubbles and the chimes create a beautiful, serene mood. Thanks for linking to this site. I’t really goo.

Cool … I’ve been using Other6.com for a few months now and I am amazed at how important it’s become in my prayer life. It makes me mindful not only of God but of the needs and desires of people all around the world. In some way, these anonymous strangers have become people I care about and prayer for/with.
