As seen on TV … Stand Up To Cancer … We all know someone who has been touched by cancer. Many of my IHM Sisters including myself have had to personally stand up to cancer. Please do what you can to stand up to cancer, financially if possible, but especially by taking care of yourself and others and by knowing the warning signs.

The show was very well done. The right mix of information, entertainment, and fundraising. I am doing my part next week by walking in the Breast Cancer 3-Day in Seattle. Different organization, same general cause. I have lost my mom, sis, an aunt, and several friends to breast cancer.
I thought the show would bum me out, but it was uplifting and as you said, very well done. I’m so sorry for your losses. Blessings on the 3-day — when i did the Tri for the Cure last year, it was difficult but the most awesome event, amazing to be surrounded by other survivors and people who were touched in whatever way by breast cancer.
I thought you would like to know that the Stand Up To Cancer telecast, made the news all the way to Australia!
