I used to walk the long tunnel to the Motherhouse for the most beautiful masses, but that was not too often, only on special ocassions. I miss the Academy and the beauty inside and out. I never thought I would say that when I was a student there, but it is true. I have a couple questions for the sisters.... 1. Did you like seeing and interacting with the students when St. Mary Academy was open, if you were there at that time? 2. At what age did you decide you wanted to become a Nun? 3. Have you ever served in a Parish with a priest who drove you crazy? and how did you handle it? 4. Who is the most interesting or memorable person you have ever met? 5. Did anyone try to dissuade you from becoming a Nun? 6. Were you ever close to marrying someone before deciding to become a Nun? Those are just a few questions Sister Julie. I am especially interested to find out the responses to mjpss questions especially - 1) about the an experience that may have caused a re-evaluation of a vocation and 3) counseling/discussion with someone who doesn't believe in God and is arrogant about their belief.
