It has sparked this daily prayer in my heart, "I humbly and reverently receive this day and all that it holds from Your hand...O Spirit of Holiness enable me to truly receive it and walk with humility, gentleness and love." By the way, it has been renamed, "The Sacrament of the Present Moment." “Abandonment to Divine Providence” is one of my favorite books and definitely a book to read and re-read. I read it before I entered...and found that a lot of the spiritual principles were spot on with the CSSJ (Sisters of St. Joseph) charism.
