General Randomness

by Sister Julie on January 27, 2009  J.M.J.A.T.

in blog post, random writing

My mind has pretty much blanked out so I figured I’d rely on you for supplying content on the blog today! There’s a tagging game going on at Facebook in which people write 25 random things about themselves. I’ve been tagged a few times now, but as mentioned, the mind has blanked out. So I thought I’d toss this out to you today and ask you a similar question:

What is one totally random thing about yourself that delights you?

My singing makes people happy.

My singing makes people happy, too. Also, the fact that I know just enough about computers to be dangerous…yet my nuns think I’m a complete techie. :)

I’m told (despite as serious as I am and how seriously I take things) I can break the tension anywhere, & get everyone back their ability to relax & start comprimising to get better results with whatever the problem is between 2 people or groups with 1 of my own little sayings or quick joke answers.

I know how to groom and train dogs for the show ring — I used to show in conformation, obedience, and agility events and I love it!

I was the tallest girl (6’0″) in my High School (300) all four years. Maybe that’s why I love Giraffes so much!

I have been told that I am generous (which I hope delights God)… Hmmm and I guess words of affirmation delight me! P.S. As a sometime liturgical musician (guitar), I would love to sing / play with Julie, CSSF and Jill, ihm!

One thing I love about me: I love that I can look at the world and see the love of God in it – and I love that I love to read! (two for the price of one…!)

Sister Julie January 28, 2009 at 5:13 am
