I was searching the web for discernment according to Chatholism becuase my wife is a Chatholic (I am a buddhist, in the since that I "naivly" belive there is no diffirence between the you and I) My experience thus far is that Chatholism is a much far more contempletive practice then "populiare culture" portraites. I've always been drawn to the "Will of God" for myself. Making a sound decision sometimes never seems to be the right one. All's I do is continue to pray, and be unafraid to make these decisions.
