Questions already in the queue for today:

  • How do you know if God is calling you to be a nun?
  • When did nuns stop wearing the habit? After Vatican II?

Hello sisters,
I feel called to go to Jinja in Africa to help the children there.I am a catholic lay person of meager means.I am not planning to go over until 2 yrs from now when my youngest child goes to college.I was wondering if you knew if the catholic church does any funding for lay persons to do missionary work.
Thank you
Tinette
