Thanks for your offer. Guidance is much appreciated, as this will be my first Saint, Food, and Prayer Community podcast.

Should I follow your guide above and just answer who, why important, tidbit, prayer and/or quote?

Perhaps it would be beneficial for me to listen/learn this time around and then… contribute on next podcast.
