hmmm…since your original post, i have used this on amazon every single week. so far, igive has not ever recorded a donation to nl. what am i doing wrong???
Hmmm, I don’t know — you’ve selected iGive as your “cause”? When you log in, it should tell you at the top how much has gone to NL.
iGive does payments quarterly, I believe, so current donations might not show up immediately. Also, shouldn’t NL be the “cause,” not iGive? KBart is my expert on this, but that’s what I recall.
yeah, i’ve been doing this since you guys started it (last year?) and it has never shown up. i’ve asked igive about it, too, but they send canned answers or none at all. i do make sure to click on igive and go to amazon through them, but it doesn’t seem to show anything, ever. as i said, i buy..everything, groceries, books, health care items, gifts, etc., from amazon (i never shop brick and mortar), so it should be registering something.
I’m new to iGive but it’s my understanding that Amazon is flukey from every other retailer online for them and there is something different you have to do in order to get credit from Amazon to go through. I think clicking from them is it, but I don’t remember.
