- I feel like there’s a distant meaning in life, but I don’t know if it’s religious or not. Could you shed some light?
- Do nuns exchange gifts for family and friends at Christmas?
- How can I let go of expectations and control when I am on the precipice of change?
- Could you talk more about centering prayer, what it is different ways to do centering prayer, and any tips?

Dear Sisters,
I think i’ve seen two angels. But i’m sure we all have many times, without realizing.
I think it’s really important to pray to the angels as to the saints and, of course, the Blessed Mary (and above all, of course, to Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ).
God Bless you both and have a very Happy Christmas!
I think you are right that we probably all have seen angels … without realizing it! Thanks for visiting, Ed.
Missed the podcast, but downloaded it here. Great discussion, especially the part about centering prayer.
Listeners had great ideas to weave into the discussion on centering prayer.
