Ask Sister podcast is a live podcast where you have the opportunity to engage with us and ask questions about nuns, prayer, religious life, or pretty much anything in between!
Here are some of the questions we addressed in this Ask Sister podcast:
- If a nun or a sister goes along with what she knows to be a lie, what is her sin?
- How does a person become a Doctor of the Church and why are there so few women recognized as Doctors of the Church?
- If it’s not possible for me to become a nun, what kind of religious life can I have other than being part of my church choir and handbell chorus and attending Mass regularly?
- Can you tell us about your weekend at the IHM Motherhouse for Jubilee and Final Profession?
Do you have a question for us? Call our toll-free Voicemail Hotline at 888-703-4732 and leave a voicemail for us with your question. Be sure to give us your first name and city from where you are calling. We’ll play your message and respond on the Ask Sister podcast. You can also send us an email or comment below. In whatever way you contact us, please know that your last name, email address, and any other private information will be kept confidential.

Sister Julie and Sister Max,
I hope the mp3 files of asksister 36 and 37 will be made available soon.
thanks!
Is it possible to download archived podcasts from your website here? Or only through iTunes? (That’s how I generally do it.)
However, the podcasts for July 30 and Aug. 6th don’t appear yet on iTunes. I missed the live podcast and would like to listen to them.
Thanks.

Hi Marsha, they are coming! I’ve still got to send them through the edit process but should have them up today or tomorrow.
Thanks, Sr. Julie. I do enjoy the podcasts (or the recordings of them).
