I recently read some scripture commentaries on the story in Exodus about baby Moses being placed in a homemade boat and sent down the Nile River. I was out with friends on New Year’s Eve and they joked saying, “you are like the most interesting nun in the world”, a shout-out of course to the clever Dos Equis commercials featuring Jonathan Goldsmith as the Most Interesting Man in the World. Not that I’m particularly interesting (after all, I was in bed by 11 p.m. that night), but there is something about NUN-NESS that is infinitely intriguing and captivating.
