Today’s Nunday picture comes from Siobhan, a Reform Jewish woman who was a high school graduate of the Sacred Heart school in Halifax (Nova Scotia, Canada) and who has known and worked with Catholic sisters and nuns.

Another Sister Julie, CSSF, aka Sister Mary Star Trek aka Sister Julianna (who said nuns still don’t take other names?!) sent me some wonderful nun photos.

I met Sister Margaret McCormack, CCVI, when I was 15 years old. She was one of my teachers in high school but, much more than that, she is one of my biggest cheerleaders, role models, prayer partners and inspirations.

Last week I started a campaign to change the face of nun imagery on the Internet. Thank you to so many of you who are supportive of this endeavor.
