Our friend Sister Catherine, OSM, a member of the Servite Sisters and Servants of Mary, from across the pond in the UK sent us a Nunday story of Olympic proportion!

Sister Janet Mead, RSM, is one of the best known rocker nuns! Her recording of a rock version of The Lord’s Prayer reached #3 on the Australian Singles Chart and #4 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Sister Hiltrudis Powers of the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood, was an amazing nun and artist. She died on December 31 and left a legacy of beauty.
