Dancing with the Saints is the newest sensation to hit the Catholic airwaves! Sure, it's great fun to see Jack Osborn and Snooki dance with the pros, but on Dancing with the Saints, we've got SAINTS. Tune in as the saints take the lead in following Jesus -- and dust off your dance shoes because we're all going to need to quickstep as fast as we can to keep up!

Today, we have a local nun from Sylvania, Ohio, right by us in Toledo! Sister Jane Mary Sorosiak, OSF, is a Sister of Saint Francis and an artist. She currently ministers at Alverno Art Studio near Lourdes University. Sister Jane Mary was recently featured in The Eagle, the newspaper of Bryan, Texas, following the installation of her artwork at a local hospital. I love posting stories about Catholic sisters and I am delighted to share with you today about one of my nuns, Sister Beth Wood, IHM.

As we begin this week honoring nurses, it seems appropriate to celebrate Sister Joan, a Catholic sister who was also a nurse and administrator and dedicated to helping others.
